 Before checking your phone or jumping into the day, sit in silence or gentle breath. Focus on your inhale and exhale. Let this quiet moment set the tone for calm presence and clarity throughout the day. 

Begin your day with 5 minutes of intentional stillness.

 Whether it's through a short sound meditation listening to calming music, or stepping outside for fresh air, ask yourself, "How do I feel?" and "What do I need right now?". This habit helps you tune in and realign with your inner rhythm.
